The #SAGE (Sustainability Ambassadors Global Exchange) program is a customised programme in the area of sustainability for Indian and Nordic post graduate students from social, natural, physical, and engineering sciences that started in June 2023 and ended with a Network Summit that was held in Bengaluru in August 2023. Students got an opportunity to meet fellow ambassadors, the junior ambassadors and network members, present their work, and plan long-term projects together based on the outcomes of the previous weeks of work done virtually. The programme was an immersive and interactive programme to understand cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary research surrounding current on-ground issues facing India. The programme consisted of lectures, field trips, stakeholder and community interactions, and networking events - both online and in India.
